Rigged league

Saying it’s “rigged” makes no sense.

If it was rigged, a City win would not be in the interests. A draw would be much better for the drama and revenue generation. Liverpool are the darlings of the media and this league. Not City.

It’s just incompetence. Again.

The fella on VAR is literally a City fan from Manchester. It's rigged.

As Lampard said you can understand the ref not getting the best view to give it.

You’ve literally just made that up.

There were loads of Everton fans moaning in 2020 when he was made ref for our cup game against United.

So he’s a City and United fan ?

Are they rigging it against Liverpool then ? Is it not better for the league to have the top 2 even on points ?

I blame incompetence rather than rigging
They must be hiring people that don't know what football is. Caise that's the only way you can claim incompetence. Or the VAR fella lied on his CV or some. VAR is meant to rule out incompetence especially a few people with all the time in the world and replays.

A person who knows what an arm is should not be incompetent.

Maybe they were moaning because he's from Manchester but he's from a family of City fans.

For those saying it was ruled out for offside, it was not.

This was mentioned on Sky as well just now...

Is that really the rule? As long as the ball hits you "more" in the green area, then it is OK?

That's another new one to me, but then again, new rules seem to be conveniently introduced as required these days ...

I can remember the ball bouncing up and hitting Johnny Fulham on the arm in the 70s. Nothing he could do. Penalty given. That was disgraceful tonight.
