I was (am) fuming after the game, but listening to the things coming out of our manager’s mouth in the post-match pressers has buoyed me. He really comes across as an intelligent bloke who knows his onions. A man who knows what he’s doing. It doesnt though mate. How can Richarlison have a pen disallowed against Tottenham because it wasn’t conclusive after the ref gave it but City have a handball not considered looking at because it’s not conclusive. Something fishy going on mate.

Corrupt isn't the right word. But there is an inherent big team bias in English football and VAR just augments it rather than making it a more level playing field. Thats why I will never support VAR.

The refereeing bodies need to accept its very real, even if its only subconscious. We will hear lots of defence of the decision over the next few days when they should be admitting they got it badly wrong and demoting these officials for a period.

I will definitely go as far as to call it corruption. There needs to be a huge independent investigation into it. Mike Riley should be in jail imo.

Wish the scum 6 would just KOFF to another league. Hate them all. They are all as bent as a 10 bob note and the Premier League and referees need a total cull of employees. They are all corrupt.
Then employ staff from abroad that don’t give a toss who is who and will give fair decisions. That’s all we ask for
