Doubt he'll go in the summer, Sky Sports are reporting Deulofeu is backing him now. Just another excuse not to sack him.
 
I've been 'Martinez-In' for a long time. I believed he moved the club forward in a good direction and showed us what we can achieve....European Football. I'm not into knee jerk decisions or pointing the finger at the manager; however I am now thinking the same as most of you. Too many wins turned upside down with possibly the best players we've ever had in my memory.

I'm not into the idea of sacking managers part way through seasons unless it's an absolute crisis situation.
However, even if we win a trophy with him, I'm of the opinion we look for a new man in the summer.

I've said nothing new here, but I thought I'd share my opinion: that of a 'Martinez in' to a 'Martinez out' guy.

Same here mate, unless we went on the ultimate run right now, I would rather we didn't start next season with him. I'm not as strong feeling-ed about it as some, but he's clearly not improving us currently and we look utterly lost.

Was Deulofeu held at gunpoint in that Sky interview? I know he's not exactly going to tear into him and say his methods are wrong etc but I found it very strange after everything that's gone on.

Also he was left out in the cold for half a season by RM - so why back him after all of this...

The way she tells it their eyes lit up when she said she met him and there were no more questions asked.....just a half hour chat about Spielbeg and my sister hammed it up with tales of Connery and Hanks among others calling out for a visit or her answering the phone and Donald Trump or that well known Evertonian, Sly Stallone, being on the other end of it, looking for Steven.

First thing next morning the BBC called her and said the job was hers :dance:

Its right as well. Employers are hardly bastions of decency so play them at their own game as they'll bin you off for what ever reason takes their fancy. Well maybe not in Martinez' case like.

The DERBY one's a shoe-in = 'I felt perhaps the players had one eye on the semi-final...' blah-ball-piffles, all that...

The SEMI one's gonna be = 'I felt as though ALL the players had one eye on JOSE...so bye then...'

Think I was talking about away form mate. Not hard to understand, is it? I'm hardly expecting us to qualify for the 'away form champions league' ;)
