he's not been sacked yet weirdly, think that gives a strong hint he isn't going to be, shocking this, really do like the bloke but he just isnt up to the job, worst week i have ever had being a fan.
 
Shall we do something completely useless and start a change.org petition?
Or continue theorycrafting and fuming at each other?

Yeah mate, petition that the club can ignore is defo the best course of action, failing that we can then write some strongly worded emails to L4, if that doesnt work im gonna stamp my feet really loudly and hope somebody listens.

Im just waiting for the next home match mate. If nowt happens by then the fume will be horrendous. Doubtful .org petition will have much impact against kenwright and co
 
I can't believe that we haven't got someone on the inside at Finch Farm, this is something we need to address!:dodgy:

I bet RM phoned in sick this morning with a mystery virus.

Mavis the tea lady put laxatives in someones tea. Martinez apparently felt flushed out at a press conference earlier
 

Just thinking of different reasons for why a decision may be made to leave at the end of the season - I'm speculating, trying to apply logic rather than it's because Bill has Moshiri locked in the toilets at Wembley still - but I'm assuming when Roberto goes he will take all his coaching staff, or they will be asked to leave also.

That's not an ideal scenario with 4 games of the season left. As I say just a thought, I'm not suggesting that is the case.

Regardless of opinions on Martinez, he has been consistently saying we should be challenging for titles and a club like ours should not expect less. Whether he is the right man to do it is another matter. But I for one totally respect a good, honest man who I believe does love our club. If we have reached the end of the road I want him to go with dignity and respect from the fans - cos we are evertonians and do things the right way! If the board don't sack him, then they need to issue a strong statement so the the anti - Martinez campaign stops for now cos the vitriol is not going to help anyone and the sack him lobby are not going to get their way, at least for several months. If he stays then we (and I include myself) will have to hold our own counsel (and least til xmas!)

The irony being we're further away from winning the title than we were whilst Moyes was here.

For someone who loves the club so much all he's done this season is slag off the fans and passed on the blame for the home form. Don't mistake the desperation of a man wanting to keep his job and preventing a huge black mark on C.V for someone who cares about the club.

Its a valid point and is the only reason I can think of.
