I lay all the blame of this shambles completely with the board, after the humiliation of that Derby Martinez should have gone, we still had half dozen league games left and a FA semi final to give us a good chance of a trophy. The answer will vary based on your patience and expectation of him in the first place.

I never wanted him but, really wanted shut Christmas 2014/15.

I've never really given him a chance since.

Sorry but at the minute I don't buy that.

Kenwright and the board have truly done the club and even Martinez himself a disservice by keeping him in charge for this long. We are diabolical and watching these final weeks unfold is painful. Just sack him and be done with it.
