...all pov established in spades though.

There's two (hopefully) games that really matter. Neither of them were this one against Arsenal. A SF and a final are the priority. No one in history will be remotely arsed if Everton were beaten by Arsenal at home in a meaningless game if we are cup winners in 2016.

Grasp the bigger picture. It was grasped on this forum right up to yesterday, but now seems to have been conveniently forgotten - funny that.
I have been prepared to wait and give the manager a chance, odd situation at home vs an outstanding away record. Today however was totally unacceptable both in team motivation and first half not knowing how to stop the Arsenal charge. The cup will bide some time but this home record simply has to improve - we have a fundamental flaw in our games at Goodison that he has to resolve. Even a cup win may not save him if we finish below 10th - our new invester I feel will show little patience.

Here's my point: Everyone bar...well, not barring anyone, actually...midweek accepted Martinez is here at least till Christmas next season...then we get another loss and there's people convinced that is it, he's going either now or in the summer.

You can see how no one could take these people seriously?

I didn't accept anything. I want him gone. The WH debacle/Niasse sub was the final straw. Last week changed nothing. This debate is about whether Martinez should be kept on, not whether or not Bill will fire him.

Obviously you do because you seem to spend all of your time arguing with them on the forum.
I woulldn't call it arguing. I reason with people and it's accepted one week then ejected the next.

All I ver do mate is call for consistncy. What we get though is a small army of people on here who go missing after a game like last Saturday then turn up en masse on a day like today.

I'm sorry, but it isn't a constituency that bears any credibility.

lollollol

When we lose the next 9 league games, I bet he cant write his P45 up fast enough.

That wont happen. My guess is that we'l finish an underwhelming season, at least get to a final, then we'll start again next August with Roberto in charge.

It'd be daft to think any other way.

Says it all.
