Leicester will be rich as hell thanks to the top 4 finish and their billionaire owner. They could easily overtake us alongside the likes of West ham, Stoke and Southampton if we continue to stay midtable doing nothing.

Very dangerous line the likes of Dave and others are peddling on here, doesn't take much for us to become another has been "former big club" like villa, Newcastle etc.

Mo Besic's comments in the media this week made me sigh. Martinez has taught him that he can do more than tackle and he seems quite proud of the fact that now having improved under Martinez, in some games "I have not made a single tackle"!!!!!

Ridiculous ramblings and child like attempts at winding the true Evertonians on here who care about the club and the team, who also realise the current manager is not an integral part to our future if he cannot do his job properly.

We haven't even seen a penny of anybody's money yet either, which backs up what I am saying about the winding people up element.

I am really amazed mods allow these kinds of attempts of goading caring Evertonians on here if I am really honest.

Couple of things mate, "true Evertonians" - not sure who that's directed at but being pro-Martinez or anti Martinez is not the exclusive reserve of true Evertonians, we are all Evertonians regardless of our views.

Secondly, your comments about moderating; if you have any problems about individual posters or posts use the report function and we will deal with it. If you have any problems with individual mods contact @GrandOldTeam. Please do not play the referee.

Point noted, though I don't have any problems with moderators nor do I believe I have tried to play referee.

Just a passing comment about a few points made by a certain individual who seems more concerned about backing the manager than the club and it's results which I don't understand, as I thought the thing that brought us all here was being Evertonians, we are not Martinez FC.

I shall refrain making such comments in future though as they can obviously be misunderstood.

Just use the report function mate if there's a post you think breeches the site rules. Thanks.

Page long article in the Times today by Souness on Lukaku and Everton. Basically he is saying with out Rom's goals we would be in a relegation fight, it is him that has kept us out of it. His article was also inferring RM was not good enough pointing out that in 7 years of managing a PL club only once has he had his team in the upper half of the table and that was his first season at Everton.

I see RM is now saying we should not fear losing our star players, what a knob this man is. If they go where are we and who replaces them.

Plotter here. It took me a long time to say that, but he's got to go no matter the results in the league and cup. He will not take us forward and won't even keep us where we are. He has not grown into the role and we are now seeing all of the same weaknesses that he showed at Wigan. It's made worse in that he's got us finishing where Wigan did with a team full of internationals. Consecutive bottom flight finishes for the first time since the start of the century, dismal.

We cant let performances like today and much of this season continue into next. Its evident to most us that a change is required now. He's had plenty of time but two bad seasons on the bounce is too much. Todays performance is unacceptable to me. This Man U team are poor. No quality on display at all yet we look worse. No ideas but to launch aimless balls over the top. Players like Cleverley, Lennon and McCarthy just do nothing. Just run around messing stuff up. Had enough watching this crap now.
