It's a strange one - I thought the win at Old Trafford in 2013 was the sign of us taking it to the other big clubs (like us historically) away where under Moyes we'd aimed to "get out alive".

Our record against the Kopites continues to be desperate, and I've not got massive faith at the moment that this current lot coasting along are suddenly going to frenziedly attack the Horrors.

It's the lack of tacking responsibility now that irritates me. Make some changes for goodness sake. Go for it. But it is meek, horrible white flag raising rubbish.

Unfortunately no rational argument is ever put forward - because there isn't one when looking at this objectively

The reason for doing it - which is admirable is that as fans we don't have any influence on performances, other than primarily through support from the terraces

From that point of view it makes sense to be blindly and relentlessly positive, as negative energy from home support will have a negative psychological impact on the team / club - which could impact results

From that point of view these guys are heroes
