Roberto Martinez discussion

We're we are now is a very promising and respectable position, talking into consideration of opposition plus at times losing 3 internationals out of your back four.

I believe we will finish between 5 th and 8th, with expenditure against other teams it is were we actually belong.
If you feel challenging for a top 4 place is a right of Everton club, you really need to re-address your aspirations.

And before you shout me down, I want to be in the top 4 and I want it more than anything, sadly I think it will take building a squad and patience

Its not just about spending money, its about the squad we have and using it to the best of the managers ability, Chelsea won the league last season with Costa and Cesc out almost every week, City are pissing the league with Aguero out, other teams manage injuries, every team in the league gets injuries, but we think we are special.

IMO the squad is good enough for top 4, but that would require the manager to take a few chances and not leave game winning players like Mirallas and Defueoeueleoe on the bench.

It's not just about buying lots of players who have star quality. It's about the ideal mixture of players who can adapt and be flexible for a variety of situations, integrating youth and experience, pace and cloggers.

Please do not compare Chelsea and City's squad with what we have at our disposal, it is a unbelievably daft comparison.
I mentioned injuries as it was 3 key players from one specific area, and a very important area that any team would struggle with even the bigger squads...look how City struggle without Kompany.
If you read my posts I have said the squad has the potential to go further, but to say this squad is good enough for a top 4 spot is extremely naive and as ever proves your dislike for RM.
As for Fabregas...maybe do some homework
