Don't be... how you shay... Shorry?

I am of undershtanding you? yesh no?

These people would like a poll and new manager each week.

The good news is they go back into their cave or RAWK when we beat Norwich in Tuesday.

If we beat Norwich I think we'll do well this season. We struggled to beat teams who would park the bus last season and if we can do it this time around it would set us up nicely for the next 9 fixtures. Then in January, the assault on the Sky Four begins.

on our day we can beat a top 4 side, but i think we lack the consistency and the depth of squad unfortunately for a sustained top 4 push.
Key injuries are always a problem (looks at the season so far) and the consistency should improve as the younger lads grow into the game a bit more, but without serious money we're never going to have the strength in depth.

We just need to get lucky with injuries at the moment over a long period. If I were Bobby I'd be spending a relatively small amount on upgrading the Medical Knowledge at FF, that way we keep players more injury free and get them back quicker.

Or not 'allowing' the previous physios, etc. to 'leave'

He's not going anywhere soon, although I wish he would.

A manager what cannot coach basic organisation and defending is not a manager I want.

This; nailed on, set in stone.

until;

a) there is a shift in the Internal dynamic on the Board.
b) it all goes seriously mike walker

We have taken 1 point from the Liverpool Man United and Arsenal games.For all the swooning and gushing over Martinez that's a very Moyes like record.Im reallly not sure about this Martinez fella i get a very dodgy salesman vibe off him tbh.We give goals away under this snake oil merchant like a dodgy ATM machine dispensing free cash.

I wonder if there is shouts to get rid of Guardiola on Bayern's forums since they lost away at Arsenal too.

No ones shouting to get rid of anyone.People are just highlighting that things that were an issue under this manager last season still seem to be an issue at this stage of this season.It's not a knee jerk reaction or anything personal or nasty to highlight that Everton teams under Martinez concede a lot of goals.
