Every team hypes their players up, but the way McCarthy is talked about on here (and opposition forums oddly enough) is beyond ridiculous. Decent runner in midfield but so limited on the ball.

No qualms about him playing like, he definitely offers that energy to the team every side needs but we look so limited with him and Barry together.

100% the managers fault, he has totally refused to get players in that can win football matches, he can't motivate the team to go out and try and win the game from the start only when we are getting beat do we look like we can be arssed, we are well and truely a bang average team nothing more

Agree, it's not just defensively, I honestly can't think of a time we scored a well worked goal, it's just counter attacking goals or a ball that gets through from the wing or a scrappy goal, never in a million years will you even see a clever set piece, he is extremely limited as a manager, i honestly can't see us getting top 8

Isn't a counter attacking goal a well worked goal. Our goals against Southampton were picture perfect. As was our trio against west brom. Our third against Chelsea was brilliant too. Stones,Lennon, Barkley, Naismith goal
