Nah third season same as Martinez but appointed a bit earlier i think

Incorrect mate. Pochettino became Spurs manager in May 2014. Martinez became EFC manager in June 2013.

In terms of longest serving manager currently managing in the Premier League, Wenger is 1st, Howe 2nd and Martinez 3rd.

If people only want to regard 'longest serving Prem managers' as being a manager only appointed when the club was already in the Premier League, then Martinez would be 2nd. But virtually nobody does that, particularly in the media. Everyone says Howe is the 2nd longest serving manager in the Premier League.

I don't think we should have Howe as he hasn't been serving IN the premier league, what d'ya think BiB?

Arsène Wenger b. 22 October 1949 Arsenal Premier League from 1 October 1996 19 years, 38 days
Eddie Howe b. 29 November 1977 Bournemouth Premier League from 13 October 2012 3 years, 26 days

Mark Hughes b. 1 November 1963
Stoke City from 30 May 2013 2 years, 162 days

José Mourinho b. 26 January 1963 Chelsea from 3 June 2013 2 years, 158 days
Manuel Pellegrini b. 16 September 1953 Manchester City from 24 June 2013 2 years, 137 days
Roberto Martínez b. 13 July 1973 Everton from 1 July 2013 2 years, 130 days
[He was appointed on 5 June to replace David Moyes at Everton from 1 July]

Hughes, Mourinho, Pellegrini and Martinez were all appointed before the start of the 2013/14 season, so are in their third season at their PL club.
Howe is in his first season at a PL club - and it is going to be a hard one. He is in his second spell at Bournemouth.

The key for me is the next two windows....

Who he moves on primarily....hes already giving Kone a new extension...anyone else?

Hope we see some ruthlessness with a few players out.
