My major concern, if this has legs, is they fail to study the past mistakes made by some foreign/non football owners.

If you factor out the short term stop gaps and also the Moyes brigade then you can see what he's trying to do with the team via players which fit his style....

If new owners come in it might result in a new manager. The hard part, as always, will be getting 'new' to = 'better'

It might also result in concentrating the mind of the present manager. Leading to winning games in a slightly more efficient way. Not just scoring more, but conceding less as well.
Rather than trying ( and failing) to win in the most philosophical correct way
