We need an oven ready, experienced centre half in right now.....either on loan or on a permanent deal.

I don't think we have the money to bring in 1 or even 2 CB's we will get 6,7,8,9 yrs out of. I'm not sure there is a Watson MkII out there.
There may be though, questions asked about the whole defensive set up... as in defending from the front, that Roberto may not even be asking himself, due to his seeming dislike of the KIT bit of KITAP1
As a former defensive MF himself he must be aware of it on some level
