Plenty of posters have called out signings which have been obscure and have been hounded out -- bluefox, sheedy and david moyes to name 3 recent ones.

Lets go back to you hiring old staff that you know personally, then place 3 other resumes as well as people having interviews with you.

The decision to hire people comes down to 3 main points:

1-- Can they adapt to the company culture.

2-- Have they the potential to over achieve

3-- What are the risks of hiring them

Clearly Kone and Alcaraz can tick off 1 but have 2+3 as question marks at the very least.

McCarthy ticks all 3 boxes as does lukaku for example.

I'm not sure how highlighting 2 points amongst the many good ones already covered In a thread can be constituted as being a wind up.

Its just a way to get people to become forum supporters. Leaving a clique able to attack new posters or posters with alternative viewpoints thus negating any conversations as FS can write what they like be it abusive or unnecessarily negative towards fans of the same club.

Whats the point of starting a new thread with an alternative viewpoint just to get abused and neg repped -- then have posting monitored and approval required before posts go through.

It just pushes people to either not post or become forum supporters.

If you have a issue with the moderating I suggest you take it up with one of the mods. I've seen plenty of forum supporters pulled up by the mods for what they've posted towards people. There is no clique, only people that have spent enough time together on the forum to form friendships. There's perhaps a certain level of hazing of new posters, but aside from that I don't see anything out of the ordinary. Personally I have no problem with what you post, and occasionally find it interesting, although the excessive focus on the youf gets irritating at times. I'm of the viewpoint that I post what makes sense to me, and what my opinions are, and if strange men from the other side of the interwebs decide to neg rep me and abuse me then so be it, that is their problem not mine. Oh and any homophobic or racist posts report them yeah, that is what its there for.

Read your post. It was an attack on the couple of possible mistakes he's made in the transfer market. You can play innocent all you want, but you posted that for effect. You call it an alternative viewpoint...I call it a wind up. Only stating the negative makes it appear that his body of work in your eyes is down to those couple of 'mistakes'.

Theres certainly 2 separate status' on here for forum supporters and non forum supporters. Thats quite clear even looking at the amount of points to neg for starters...if I wrote some of the things directed at me personally id be banned. Thats pretty obvious looking at other peoples situations.

But otherwise an excellent and interesting forum ignoring the clique.

Youve basically taken offence to two statements which are clearly separate to the postives.

I could have made a long list of his positves which would be pointless as already covered in the thread.

On the other hand you could have gone over mu numerous posts ststing the positives in this and different threads.

See as a non forum supporter I don't see many of these problems you're going on about mate.
If someone posts bollocks I rip them, if they post something decent then I give them some love. The quality of people's posts matters more to me than how long they've been on the forum or whether they're a supporter or not.
