Its been like this all season though,it actually started pre season.
If something is not working a manager changes it thats his job.
He is either too weak or does not know what to do

he has been badly let down by his experienced players this season. howard, distin and jagielka have all been worse than useless and barry had been very poor himself. he needs to drop howard and distin now - the youngsters should be given a go, they seriously can't be any worse.
