Look, its this simple, ive allowed myself 24hours to have a good think and this is where I am.

We aspire to be a CL club, failing that, we aspire to win a trophy, its been 20 years since we did the 2nd and we have never played in the CL proper. Its not an easy task, nobody has ever said it was. Martinez has been given a decent chunk of change and hes built a great squad IMO, yes we as a fanbase overrate some of our players, but on the main they are talented players, some of them with amazing potential.

12th place in this league is unacceptable, for a team like us and for a team with our players, thats where we finished last season and thats where we currently sit. "We" can accept 1 season of utter failure, but we certainly can not accept 2, the cup runs on the whole are meaningless, unless you lift the trophy, so its like this, if we dont win the trophy or finish in a Europa place I want him sacked.

"We" can make excuses all we like, but the failure to close out games over a long period of time has not been addressed, instead of addressing the problem, he seems to be finding ways of ENSURING we throw away leads. So thats where I currently sit, if he doesnt win the FA Cup or get in a Europa spot I want him fired from the biggest cannon we can find.

Potentially but the squad also has to take the blame as well. Huge fundamental lack of mettle from experienced players, and I don't think that's all down to the manager.

It wasn't that mate.

We were handling W.Ham fine even after the pen miss. The change didn't need to be made, but if it had to be done, then it should have been Barry on at that point.

If he'd have kept it as it was for another 5 minutes I think we'd have been fine.
