It's about time the press questioned martinez's tactics. It has baffled the fans all season, but because of the media love in with Utd. (And LVGs position) Martinez has largely got away with further scrutiny. I hope our new owner (who according to kenwright is a football man) can see through the bluff and get us a new manager for next season.

A lot can still happen so let's judge him then. We aren't bottoming out after every bad result, just giving him the chance to try and get it right with the rich talent he has assembled. He had the Europa league as an excuse last year, no excuses this year, he has been found out. I like Martinez as a person, and conducts himself well as our manager, but frankly he has been found out as a manager. He has failed time and time again to get the best out of a talented group of players at his disposal.

I'm still wanting him in and to succeed. But, I am now really doubting he can change his ways.

If it was a one-off yesterday I wouldn't be bothered but, unfortunately isn't the first time and I have a horrid feeling it won't be the last.
