And when you consider the strength of their squads....
I wish I knew why so many of our fans only count away games as real.
If Pereira has been interviewed (can't find proof of this but enough people are saying it) than I remain optimistic.
All circumstantial evidence suggests he has.
The man has experience winning leagues at a club with massive expectations and as well as exposure to European football.
Even though the gut says Martinez is a given, I hold out hope.
*shrug*
Just answering the question.
Not blaming you brennan, but we have fans who honestly seem to rate one win at old trafford over two wins against man u at goodison.
Wow, impressive stuff............however....
He also lost 37 of the other games they played, including a spell of 8 consecutive defeats from Sept to Nov in 2011.

Suppose it's just frustrating for the people who follow us away to often be greeted by utterly s**thouse performances. I think the shout of Moyes being a bit one track minded is evidenced by his lack of ability to beat the bigger teams away from home.

I'm all for optimism, but I'd say it probably looks more like Pereira wants the job but Bill doesn't want to give it to him. Pereira is hanging on for it, and Bill is keeping him hanging as his Plan C. I'm not even going to say Plan B, because I think that's an internal appointment unfortunately.

Do City & Spurs not count as 'bigger teams' then?
