Was one occasion where he shouted for a ball from Baines - threw his arms in the air like the pass was obviously on. He was pinned to a defender and didn't have a prayer of doing anything if he got the ball.

Those of us who monitor Rom closely are very familiar with this routine.

mate could stick Costa into this team and he wouldn't press effectively anyway, need to press as a unit, not one player doing it when they feel like it and the rest sitting off, ALL of our players with the exception on Gueye press the ball as individuals not as a unit, Gueye just does it so well it actually is effective, the rest just waste energy - either they aren't listening in train9ing and taking it into the match, or the current crop are too stupid to actually learn how to press as a team.

Formation doesn't help either as we basically let the oppononets defense walk out into midfield with the ball before any of ours decides getting close may be a decent idea

Was a point in the first half yesterday after they had played the ball out of the box from a goal kick to a centre half for about the 5th time that Ross clicked onto it and shouted Lukaku to close the other centre half down, he just casually strolled over not a care in the world.

He needs to change his game if we are to start defending from the front closing teams down quickly, somehow I don't see that happening.

He's not a bad player but a £65m player (Suarez for example) doesn't miss the amount of chances that he does.

The team is crap, the club make no efforts to change that really, we struggle against anyone who is up for it, regularly booed off at home, each one more year seems to repeat itself , absolutely no one there to play to his strengths and best of all for him having ambition beyond a mid table club he is deemed a mercenary!

I'm not surprised he wants to get out of here, we clearly aren't going to match his ambition and as a fan Base overall we certainly don't appreciate him.
