Dont think he said that Rom was off mate. I heard it, and thought he meant if Rom played great, etc, then, lets talk again. Move, another deal, no idea, but he certainly wasnt saying "Right, one more year then hes off"

It just winds me up that this should be good news but his agent's quotes are leading to headlines like:

Would you not expect an agent to always leave the door open for a mega pay day? All bluster for me.
I take it that Raiola was letting the EFC board know that if they don't follow through with the assurances obviously given, he'll be looking for a move.
I'd just rather he do it in private out of the public eye.
While not how I would do things, if you are right, then I can understand that given how modern football works.
I agree with you but I do see it as Del Boy gamesmanship. Annoying yes but an agent protecting his image/position.
