Is it me or does he seem much happier since January when we have shipped out the fringe players. Almost as if he is pleased the ones he doesn't rate are gone and we are making progress as a club.

Plus he seems happy with lookman, seems to have taken to him and he loves bolasie. Happy environment is the key, progba is one of his best mates and lives close by, let's hope man u don't want him as I could see him wanting to link up with progba.

We need to get Lukaku and Barkley to sign new long term Deals, break the bank if we have to, they are match winners and easily our best two players.

...my understanding is we've been negotiating with Lukaku and a deal is on the table but not signed. From what RK said before Christmas, no discussions have taken place on extending Barkley's contract.

In his 14/15 season whilst on loan he scored 5 goals in his 8 appearance vs "top6" and at West Brom 5 in 10 appearances with all those being off the bench.
(weren't 4 of those Vs Untd on the last game of the season when they had the title already won?)
Add in cups for us (4 in 5 appearances), they are really trying to make something up.

Obvs the new sky agenda is - He must move on to a sky darling club to truly make the grade.

The whole team seems happier...and I don't think it's just the winning of a few games on the run either.
I lost count of the thumbs up for a decent ball and/or run that didn't quite get there or come off. Plenty of time last season there would glowers, hands flung up in the air etc.

Getting Rom, Ross and a stadium announcement before the end of the season would transform the club going into next season.

I'm sure it's been mentioned elsewhere, but 6 points behind Liverpool, with Derby in 6 games.

Not as long of a shot as some may think with this context.
