surely you must be use to everton nothing doing things when you heard them [or agents or whatever lol],its 99.9999999999 done,dont forget lol,the longer it could go on,the more some people will say hes not signing so he can go this summer,which he still will if the papers have there way, even when he did sign-it wont stop them selling him.
