Well not surprising at all is it. Only way we can salvage the situation is by getting a new top manager in and by rebuffing any bids of <60m.

It's just a sad sad situation. Martinez yes obviously brought him and fair play. But now he's the reason we will probably lose him.

Cannot blame lukaku one bit as this season has been diabolical overall while he has been largely sensational. I wouldn't have faith in the manager if I were him either.

He has media duties he has to perform.

He is asked direct questions from a demanding media.

It's not like over here were press is controlled and local press wont dare ask a question that could prevent future access.

He said the same thing before the cup game and the Arsenal game last weekend. All he gets is press asking him where he's gonna be next season and he needs champions league football.

His reply is yes, I want to play at that level and at the moment I'm helping team mates and scoring goals.
