He was a beast today, one of the far too few times he made his physicality work for him. Hold up play was excellent too. Hope he keeps it up cos he really can make a huge difference for us.

For me, he is in desperate need of a strike partner, or for one of the midfielders behind him to gamble and go beyond him when he challenges for a header, so many time today he won a header and was flicking it on to no one. But that's obviously going to mean Martinez changing his philosophy, don't see that happening. (And I also don't count Naismith/Kone on the wing as support for him)

Immense today. It was like the ball was glued to him at times. Won almost every header he contested too.

His hold up play has improved so much. It's hit and miss but he's young and if he can get more consistent than he is now (which IMO is already pretty consistent regardless of his age), he'll be one of the best in the world.
