He always has looked better playing with him, just Kone wasn't fit/confident enough to complete a lot of his passes.

That header was class, heading it back where the keeper had come from, was in soon as it left Kones foot.

His goals aside he is winning the ball, not getting pushed off it, staying on side, why so different? Has to be having someone to link with.

Certainly seems to come alive when we sit deeper as a unit and he has another striker to occupy defenders, when we are forcing games his space & time gets more cramped which exposes his first touch and too often strays of-side.

I know counter-attacking is frowned upon at home but I'd happily set up like this at Goodison too.
