People panicking over nothing FFS. Koeman wouldn't say that in the media and the club wouldn't send out tweets confirming it if they were in the middle of negotiations to sell to him. And if a bid has come in and been accepted since this afternoon, I really doubt the twitter man who runs the club account would be one of the first to be notified so he could take down tweets.

All of that begs the question still of why we did take them down. It's probably nothing but it is bizarre.

Surely not even everton would hang out the manager to dry like this and sell him after he made comments like he did?
 
Pretty sure they just deleted due to A) poorly formed tweet with apostrophe at the beginning or B) thought better of commenting on a player's status before window closes despite what was said behind closed doors or both
