Romelu Lukaku

His first touch though, yeah but he's lazy.

We've got some bad bad teds amongst us. They're holding the club back as much as anyone else.

Couldn't agree more!

I don't blame the likes of Stones and Lukaku for choosing to leave the abuse behind in order to join clubs that appreciate their talent.

Our support didn't used to be so rubbish; what happened?

That's why I sit reading our history and posting old photos on this forum making contributions clicking on adverts having a joke with you and you report me that's twice now
I reckon you are a true blue Evertonian mate; you might get a little grouchy from time to time , but that's only because you care.

Keep up the good work Joey

In fairness, the majority of sports news story in the part of the world I was in, dedicated a helluva lot of airtime to Rooney's dream homecoming goal.

True but then Rooney has always attracted headlines. I just wonder how Rom will be portrayed in the media over the next few years. They certainly don't have a go at Fellaini the way they used to when he was at Everton...

Nobody didn't think he wasn't a fine player who was capable of scoring goals against west ham.

They thought he was an arsehole traitor who didn't respect the club.

It's somewhat sad the amount of people on here who think the former is more important than the latter.

Not surprised too much about who some of those people are, either.

Lukaku always scores against West Ham.

Move along. Nothing to see here.

He's gonna score about 30 this season, isn't he?

From the Times Sport Supplement today... Lots of praise for Rom but there's a small caption with 'Who does Lukaku score the most against?'

Unsurprisingly starts with West Ham with 9 in 11, then Sunderland 8 in 10, Villa 6 in 8, those shower of.... with 5 in 11 and Southampton 5 in 8.

That's followed again by Newcastle 5 in 8 and finally Bournemouth with 5 in 4. What is striking there? Answers on a post card.

Major shock - Lukaku scores 2 goals in 4-0 thrashing of West Ham.

Very reminiscent of his Everton form, scoring goals when they are not quite needed.

Let's see how he does when they need that 1 goal to win. Didn't do that very often for us.
