Romelu Lukaku

Lack of heart on a football pitch isn't something that can be fixed - It's him as a person.... he's a deceiver, a self serving egomaniac who will only respond to a fire being lit under his arse by a manager tolerant enough to have to repeatedly tolerate his cyclical behaviour/attitude.

He is a big coward with no real desire to do the best for his teammates or fans.... get a player to stick an elbow on him, knee him in the thigh and let him know he's not getting an easy ride and he disappears..... does not want to know. Compare him to a Tim Cahill, Naismith or yeah DCL..... the bigger the name the more they relished the challenge. John Terry told the media his son loved Naismith and Terry understood why...

Can anyone tell me the names of any top centre halves Lukaku has dominated?
Obviously I haven't seen all of his goal since he left but he never scores with his head if he's being closely challenged. For a lad of his size he should win most balls played to him in the air.Waste of a talent, because he lacks heart.

So he can do the Drogba thing, when hes of a mind and it all bounces for him, but hes seldom in that frame of mind.
Which is the problem

The Chelsea and Man City goals should show he can do it all, but unfortunately these are all to rare. There definitely is a player in there.

I actually feel a little bit sorry for him. It really hasn't gone the way he hoped has it?

I wouldn't feel too bad for him, he is probably so full of himself he thinks it is everyone else's fault and Madrid will be calling any day anyhow.

Amazing.... ask which centre halves he's dominated and his run and goal against Chelsea gets mentioned...... Tom Davies dominated the whole man city side if that's the case.

Paulo wanchop springs to mind

He looks too big in size these days.

Has always had the ability to scores goals but you need so much more from an elite striker. Look at the movement of City and how the RS front 3 work off the hoof ball.

Rom has, if anything, regressed as a player and as his metabolism slows as he hits his latter 20's, it will be even more apparent.
