@pedro1976 is showing great potential to become a forum legend in a similar way that @Ashtonian was.

Two very different lads imo, pedro simply has a ferocity that Ashtonian never had, though the times he tried to hilariously fake it were peak Ash. Pedro is unrelenting on this single issue, and he hasn't ruffled his last feather yet that's for sure

Insulin spikes create much of what we perceive as "hunger".

Ever noticed that after eating white bread you get sluggish and even more hungry and you snack?

Try it... have your dinner at 8pm next morning don't eat breakfast... you will get hungry, drink black coffee.. hunger will go away. At 2pm have a high protein meal, eat like a caveman, meat, nuts, salad, I've lost 2 stone on it. It works. We eat by habit.

The average human store over 100,000 calories of fat but we have programmed ourselves to use carbs and sugar as fuel. More than 10g of glucose in our blood is treated like a toxin by our bodies which is why insulin gets rid of it storing it in fat cells mostly.

Hahaha you have no idea what you’re talking about. Firstly you have no concept of the human body and nutrition, you think you’ve lost weight because you’ve followed a caveman diet haha behave you’ve lost weight because you’ve restricted you’re calorie intake.

The body has something glucose homeostasis, this is maintained by a coordinated interaction of three physiologic processes: insulin secretion, tissue glucose uptake and hepatic glucose production. The body tries to maintain a constant supply of glucose for cells by keeping glucose concentration in the blood constant

The most important metabolic fuels are glucose and fatty acids. Glucose is preferentially used by brain and muscles.

So spare your bro science theories for somewhere else

Yeah.... restricted window feeding. Fast 18-20 hours - eat for no longer than 6 or 4.... train just before you eat and the calories consumed will resupply the muscle rather than go to fat cells...

I understand you are taking the p1ss but that actually does work.

Again, utter BS. Intermittent Fasting does not contribute to weight loss, it’ll support someone on extremely low calories (like those going into a contest prep) because they can eat larger meals in a smaller time frame.

And your bottom statement is the funniest yet, calories resupply the muscles before fat hahaha the only way you’ll gain fat is by eating more calories than your body needs.

Science innit

The gauntlet has well and truly been thrown down.

I can`t wait for his response lol

* On the plus side he seems to have forgotten about DCL and is concentrating all of his depleted, calorie starved energy on his defence of Pedroscience * trademark @Prevenger17

Oh and another thing, how can the body store calories when a calorie is a unit of energy
