Is how we attack under Silva massively different to of that under Martinez?

I wouldn't say massive differences (yes levels of pressing) in our attacking set up yet Rom bagged a hatful in that system.

Nothing to do with the system more so Rom needs to lean out as he's too bulky for any system at present.

Yes.... we didn't press under Martinez. He allowed the likes of mcgeady to let the full back go past him... next.
 

DCL and Lukaku are incomparable.... unless DCL is going to turn into an immobile, lazy, technically poor footballer who just hangs around the penno area...or if lukaku is going to turn into a selfless all round player who just needs to extend his inability to score against better teams to all the others.

On a serious note if I had my tea at say 6 you are saying don't eat again till 12 o'clock the next day surely that can't be good for a working person.

Ever noticed that after eating white bread you get sluggish and even more hungry and you snack?

Try it... have your dinner at 8pm next morning don't eat breakfast... you will get hungry, drink black coffee.. hunger will go away. At 2pm have a high protein meal, eat like a caveman, meat, nuts, salad, I've lost 2 stone on it. It works. We eat by habit.

The average human store over 100,000 calories of fat but we have programmed ourselves to use carbs and sugar as fuel. More than 10g of glucose in our blood is treated like a toxin by our bodies which is why insulin gets rid of it storing it in fat cells mostly.

I have referred your diet plans to a good friend who is senior dietician within a hospital.

She described the idea of skipping breakfast and replacing it with a cup of coffee as lunacy. Also potentially dangerous if you have a job that involves heavy manual labour, driving or use of machinery, as you’re blood sugars would drop so much, that you’d feel faint, dizzy, unable to concentrate, headaches and unable judge things like distances properly as a result.

See also says that once you returned to normal eating again “ some “ of the weight lost would return pretty quickly .

You’d also require cast iron willpower to resist the temptation to snack until lunch.

Absolutely no sensible dietician, doctor or sports scientist would ever advocate skipping breakfast.

Did you ask her if it's possible for lukaku to put on 1st of muscle in 6 weeks?
