Again, utter BS. Intermittent Fasting does not contribute to weight loss, it’ll support someone on extremely low calories (like those going into a contest prep) because they can eat larger meals in a smaller time frame.

And your bottom statement is the funniest yet, calories resupply the muscles before fat hahaha the only way you’ll gain fat is by eating more calories than your body needs.

Science innit

So you don't believe in nutrient partitioning at all no?

I've slated Rom a fair few times on here. But would i like him back at Everton?Would Rom himself like to come back?Well put it this way, i wouldn't say no, to a guaranteed 20 plus goals a season. It boils down to whether he would like to come back, and can he get himself back into his best form. But really i don't expect to see Rom back at Everton again. It probably is for the best.

No it’s a load of crap because you can’t control your genetics or hormones, those will dictate what your body does with the relevant macronutrients. It’s probably something that Lyle MaCdonald would push, with his excessive low calorie Keto approach to dieting.

Calories in vs calories out dictate weight loss, protein maintained at LBM and then do what you want with your remaining calories

So.... the hormonal response to short term fasting which sees an increase in testosterone, decrease in cortisol and reduction in oestrogen doesnt have any impact on body composition? That the reduction in sporadic insulin responses doesn't positively impact your insulin sensitivity when you do eat???

Of course.... back to Google or Bing.....
