It’s mad mate, I see why people criticise him because of his body language and supposed attitude, but the facts remain he scores goals for fun. A 20+ goal striker is £35m AT least, city have a few in Sterling, Aguero. The RS have 3 in Firminho, Salah & Sane.

We got £75m for him and spewed it up the wall. I can take that to a degree but not replacing a striker for three seasons now is absolutely criminal.

Ye mate I mean, you can’t sell a player of his standard scoring the goals, which is why you sign these players, even if he has a bad attitude he still scores. Koeman/Walsh whoever wasted the money for him and didn’t replace him. So until we do we will struggle and a goal scorer wins games it’s so simple

I’ve said it in a few different threads. I see this summer as the last one of the clear out, he shifts the rot of

1. Mirallas
2. Tosun
3. Snides
4. Sandro (Loaned already)
5. Lookman
6. McCarthy

he shifts even half them mate and he’s earned his place on the board, next summer we can be a great financial position to get a world class striker in. The crap he’s ejected already is proof he is working to improve the wage & squad size. I do assume Marco is putting pressure on him for a striker but he must be like “ ey maybe next year lad”.

The best players will only be stable if the club shows the ambition to match their talent. If we have players that could be playing for better teams we need to show them we are moving towards that direction. It’s not always going to happen. Worse that can happen is that Digne and richarlison force a move and we have to replace them and a striker for next season

Still don't get why is Conte so obsessed with Lukaku, he wanted him in Chelsea too. I mean they still got Icardi, i rather keep Icardi then pay 90 million or so for Lukaku

Thats what i read, or how i read it, when you think about it there not going to agree to give us 5m from a loss, i would be suprised if someone wrote into a contract if we lose money on this deal we will give you 5 large just to rub it in haha
