There's a big drop in quality from 6th down which is already clearly showing in the points gap opening up.
As you said realisticly we're playing for 7th place and if we finish there it will be a clear improvement on last season.
The 1 thing you can say is that Ronny has tried to do what he can, hes changed the team constantly, the formation, the players, hes looking for something to click.
Hes not gonna get it right all the time, but a big window coming up, if we can get the right type of players in we should start to see his style stamped on the side.
Our footy is ugly and we struggle to relieve pressure by using the hoof ball but yesterday the hoof ball worked. We are now restricting teams to very few chances but not creating many ourselves. I think we have gone back to basics and solidified our defence and need a few additions in the midfield to be able to keep the ball and relieve pressure more. So far we have still won more than lost whilst in a transition. Hopefully the January window will be our next stage of transition and now Koeman will know which players work for him and which players need to go. His team will start to take shape after January or the wrath of the fans will hit him. Patience is still required for Koeman to build his team with the players he wants.
He will back the guy Considering we are unable to spend until January we have to sit on the kitty. Nothing wrong with promises. Moshiri has done nothing wrong in my eyes.

still he's getting results now I'm happy with the results now but the overall play will improve too
We have been dicked once all season, every other game we have at least competed, the football has been utterly horrific at times and the results quite bad, but we still sit in 7th for some utterly obscure reason, gives us something to kick on from if we string a few results together.
If we can hit a bit of form the football will come, but for now as you say the main thing is getting a few Ws on the board, makes a big difference.

We were able to spend in January however we didn't start spending until we received the Stones money and ended up making a small profit, just saying like....
