You see we can agree on something , Favre was my first choice as well. You know what they say , great minds think alike and fools seldom differ. :)
Apparently he was hanging on and hanging on for the call to say his interview had clinched him the job. Well done Moshiri.

Yes , I remember his slightly puzzled / annoyed statement when he took the Nice job. For what it's worth I agree it was a missed opportunity. I do understand why Moshiri chose someone with PL experience, at the end of the day it's his shout and his responsibility if it goes wrong or succeeds for that matter.
Ah what the hell its new year , let's have a few scoops and this time next year I bet we'll all be a bit happier, I can see it in the tea leaves. All the best mate. (Who knows we could still win the cup ). ;)

I wanted Koeman last summer too, btw. I was wrong, badly wrong.

Oh well.

All the best mate.

You must have watched Everton for about two years then mate.

This is an utter fallacy that the squad Koeman was bequeathed was weak. Last season 99% of those wanting Martinez out were adamant they were wanting that because he was wasting a gifted bunch of players. There can be no rewriting of history. This is a good group of players. If we're playing caveman football from the 19th century then that's down to Dutch Pulis and no one else.

YOU DEFINATELY HAVE AN AGENDA
