Fair points in that.

Who would you say is 'in decline'? I think there are players who may not 'improve' much owing to age, as such (Jags, Barry, Lennon, Baines), but equally those players can still be match winners (esp. Baines, Barry) on their day. Trying to think who I'd be keen to move on in the short-term..
  • Williams/Jags? Jags has been solid and remains pretty error free. So a 'No' to him. Williams likewise. RFM? Seems OK.
  • A few maybes that I don't think fit Koeman's style:
Cleverley, maybe Barry (who's been excellent) if he suffered injury. Both lack pace.
Lennon/Mirallas/Del have always seemed a bit stop/start and I don't think represent the physicality Koeman likes with his freakin ebony fetish. I love watching Del when he's on fire though and think he deserves a few FA Cup games to get his confidence back and a half season to show what he's got.
  • Baines & Coleman - NO
Personal favourites of mine and can be an example to young ones coming through.
  • Gueye, Barkley, Holgate, Calvert, Lookman
Represent future, along with Lukaku as long as we have him. Would like to see Galloway back too.

Hmmmmm...

Judging by your avatar yeslol.

And I thought you are more clear that obviously I was not asking you to check the dictionary.

You said to our Friend look in the dictionary, I was intrigued to see if it was a real word as i enjoy learning, alas it wasn't there.

Get it right tonight boss please.

You are surroundering? I ask you what is your source? I mentioned my sources.

Transfermarkt said we sold Bily for £6.7m. The Guardian said £5m. I did not make this up like you said McGeady was bought for £250k.

I can give your the URL links I can get you quotation and reference.

Go and check the dictionary. Conversation ends. I don't want to get ban because of you. Bye.

What does this all mean frandel??

Looking at the table I'd like to argue that Koeman, apart from the awful playing style is doing pretty well with the team available to him.

He's not perfect by any stretch but if we ship a few out and get a few in I reckon we'll do pretty well

Martinez added flair to what was essentially Moyes team, Koeman has shored up the defence of what was Martinez team, he has to be given a fair crack of the whip and I'm sure he will be. Only teams with serious cash or those in trouble can afford to risk changing managers every 5 minutes, we're not in either camp. I'm not concerned about our brand of football just yet but my main gripe is his handling of Barkley, though he seems to have recognised that himself now, maybe the boo boys could lend a hand too.

I'm sorry to say baines' performances have been on the downward spiral since he suffered that awful ankle injury. He's arguably been my favourite Everton player of the last 10 years, will he ever recapture the form of 2-3 years ago? I doubt it.
As for jags and Barry age has caught up with both of them. Jags has made more errors in the last 12 months than probably in his whole Everton career and as for Barry he might still have the football brain, but he no longer possesses the 'legs' to influence games like he once did. These are 3 highly influential players who have been great for us in the past. All good things come to an end and I think you will see the 3 of them gradually phased out, we've already seen this with Barry and jags.
