In both cups and on the way to both semis.

Out of both cups early at home to weakened opposition.

Usmanov, Moshiri, transfer spend etc. None of it will make any difference if RK doesn't perform and so far he's been pretty dam poor.

But he's the manager and we've gone out of two cup competitions at the first time of asking. If he gets a free ride for that then you're being far too kind.

It wasn't the first time of asking against Norwich, but okay, that's football...

We should be doing better. But Koeman got Saints to a semi-final last year just like RM did with us.

He started the strongest team available today. He played 2 up top like we all asked. He played the kids.

The team let the manager and fans down by throwing away a hard-earned lead in the space of 5 minutes.

Anyone who thinks we should sack him is a complete moron. We should leave attitudes like that to Sunderland.

Koeman should be disappointed, but at least he didn't go out at the first attempt in both comps like we have in 14/15

I'd never say he should be sacked but I'm fuming in a way I haven't in a while over Everton for a while tonight.

Season hinged on this game today and we lost to a team that haven't won away from home.

Hopefully he's learned to get shot of the old guard now.

He learned that a few months ago.

Unfortunately, we're in a position where 'the old guard' make up the majority of our senior squad.

Also, the 'new guard' didn't play well today by all accounts. The game passed Davies and Holgate by, but that's what you expect if you're having to rely on inexperienced players to drag you through games.
