Ronald Koeman discussion

Clever from RK. Completely deflecting all attention from the game & utter dross to get fans fuming at the board etc.

Makes a refreshing change from Moyes and Martinez.
At least he's not settling for this garbage.

Unfortunately it has to be tempered by the fact that he has to accept a degree of responsibility too, because as much as it is the board's fault for not getting the signings in, it's his fault for the tactics and poor subs today and at various times so far this season.

What about his second and third season? Would you take either of them over this one? If you would then you clearly don't remember how bad either of them got. This season has been far from great but it's definitely been better then either of those seasons.

Yes. The league season's were terrible of course, but the second season brought us a great run in the europa with both wins over a great wolfsburg team a real highlight, and then last season we got to the semis of both cups, that win over chelsea was such a good feeling and it ended in going to wembley. This season? ermmm, 2-1 win away to west brom? Well beating arsenal was obviously the highlight so far, but there's not a lot to have shouted about, no great performances, that's for sure.

I'm not getting all the palaver about the RK comments TBH, I'm glad he's had a rant, someone needs to and it's quite refreshing not to have to listen to all the pomp & bluster delivered post-defeats by the last regime...and if it jigs the board into getting things done early then it's all good for me like. That said I'll be well concerned if we get to the 20's of the month with only minimal business conducted...

We'll be able to gauge a dang-damn-heck-helluva lot by how this window goes.

*crosses fingers & balls etc

Rather see him hold his hand up once in a while.

We've had that for the last how many managers?

I'm sick of the board getting an easy ride. Yes Koeman does have an ego and yes, he is making mistakes.

But ultimately he is right. The people doing the deals at the club aren't up to par. It's time THEY became accountable.
