Ronald Koeman discussion

Last season he scored 8 and 8 assists, hes currently sitting on 4 and 5, with 14 to go and hes utterly flying.

He will beat last seasons "stats".

At this point MG, it's not even about the stats, everyone can see this is the best he's played in three years.

He's got his swagger back and he's finally rounding into an all action midfielder who does everything. Yes, he's still at his best driving at goal but how good is it to see him snapping and ankles and pressing alongside Barry, Davies, McCarthy and Snides.

The fact is, and it's simple to see, he's no longer being allowed the freedom to do what he wants, because that hasn't worked for him.

He's being asked to play for the team and he's doing it extremely well.

Yes, and the latter was given as the key moment the change in formation was made.

To see the game out, yeah. The other subs was to get more energy and attacking options as Lookers was goosed/getting dragged too deep, and Davies was to do what he does.

All hail Koeman for allowing the game to almost get away from us then stand and watch Lukaku shut it down at last.

Genius.

Got away with what we won 6-3. 3 points. We didn't roll over like West Ham at home last season. Koeman changed tactics and made subs to adopt. No matter how well Koeman does you will just complain and praise the clown RM.

I think we all know what happened in reality: Bournemouth continued to press and Lukaku and Barkely exploited space to seal the game.

End of story really. No need for talks of master classes to add some sort of grand design to it all.

13 goals in our last 3 home games mate, great isn't it :)

It's been great hasn't it! For all people criticising the style at times, we're lethal when we get near the goal, be it a counter or a slow build up. Especially with Rom hovering about. Moyes up next, will be tough but we are flying at the moment!

Plus there's gonna be a lot of love at that game between the two sets of fans. It'll be a cracker. Hope we beat them well but they stay up anyway :)

Thought the Davies sub added energy and tenacity. Holgate switch up gave us more room in the middle. The extra energy told for me as the game wore on and allowed us to put it to bed. Koemans focus on fitness showing through.

I see the table, I see 7th place. It's better than 11th place, and worse than 5th place. Then I shrug at the current situation.
lollol
Does anybody here actually have a clue WTF this even means?

Serious question!

He's so bitter now about us getting a few wins, he's reverting to comparing it against one season under his man crush.
