Pipe down you, he didnt say you need to be afraid of him, he said he needs to fear the day he doesnt talk to him.

Take his locker Ron.
Why does he need to fear him? Strange choice of words.

You dont talk to other professionals in the game like that.

apparently he makes the players put a picture of himself in all their lockers, they have to kiss it everyday and say 'you are GREAT!'

except niasse...obvs

This is defo hanging on Koeman's living room wall....Brendan Rodgers style.....

The players were afraid of Alex Ferguson and when Mourinho is at a club I think there is a distinct fear factor..it hasn't worked out too badly for them.
Roberto Martinez got too close to his players, depended on their better nature and look what happened to him.

He's under your skin mate isn't he? Was it the great squad purge of Jan 17 that pushed you over the edge? Ron came, he saw, and he jettisoned all of Bobby's dross.
He's been here 5 minutes and doesn't even register as an entity at Everton much less get under my skin.

If he comes in and does a job (ie actually win something after spending the fortune he'll receive) then job done. I'll acknowledge his input and thank him for it. But he's nowhere near that point, and any Evertonian should regard him as being on notice rather than offer adulation for getting 7th spot in this phoney 'best league in the world'.

Im pretty sure the Everton manager registers with every single Everton fan David.

What a strange train of thought.

Of course hes done nothing so far, how could he in such a short space of time with such a terrible starting point?

Its not only about the here and now, here and now hes done quite well, hes made the team hard to beat, stopped the rot at the back and got certain players playing at their best, hes also got rid of the majority of the players not good enough to play for this club.

The bulk of the job will be completed in the summer, when him and Walshy will construct a squad capable to hopefully cope with Europa league, do well in the cups and mount a serious assault at the top 4.

Thats when the hard work starts, but the ground work has been set, our manager demands the players perform, our manager demands the players give 100%, surely thats what we, as fans, demand?

Certain managers in our past have belittled us, knives to gunfights, certain managers in our past have told us lies, Ronny tells it how it is, what a refreshing change to have a born winner in charge at the top, somebody who knows what it takes to win, has the mindset to achieve victory, all hail Ronny K.
