I'm not saying this is a master stroke by Moshiri, I'm saying he stood firm, the absolute ideal is for Lukaku to stay, he's irreplaceable. A master stroke would suggest Moshiri has had some planning in this. No, not against Koeman.

My point was that he (Koeman) is on the wrong side of that debate over club ambition. And he KNOWS the Lukaku and the fans are right too, because just 7 weeks ago he was having to wrestle cash out of the board too...so why he's advised the player to keep his mouth shut I dont know.

Because he is a player and one of a squad of 25.
