Not going up against a useless midfield of theirs of Lucas, Can and Wijnaldum.
Not convinced, still think Barry's lack of mobility would have been found out.

Think he lost it on Saturday. Not sure it's been found yet.how's the head Ian my friend?
Gueye and Davies were poor. He could have provided some stability. Schneiderlin was a big miss, but I'd have seen Barry as his natural stand in.Not convinced, still think Barry's lack of mobility would have been found out.
you didn't mention anything about 72 points lolSo to sum up, Koeman is Moyes, but despite this if he'd played Barry and Mirallas we might have won, he's doing rubbish because Mourinho's United are ahead of him, and he simultaneously doesn't play enough youth and plays too much youth, both of which are wrong. He's bang average if you look at his league form (not his good form for Southampton or any Dutch teams though that doesn't count) and he's not won any trophies of note (now his record with Southampton does count but still not the Dutch teams or any other teams he's won trophies with). Any other agenda driven points I've missed?
Didn't play with fear? They bricked it, then they lost discipline. Trying to hobble your opponents with late tackles shouldn't be seen as an act of being brave on a football pitch.Davek has to try and convince everyone that old man Barry was the answer because our midfields not good enough, because he cant come to admit that hes wrong when he says the midfield IS good enough and we didnt need Schneiderlin. Just let him vent.
I think Koemans remarks after the game being "happy" with how they played was about not playing with fear, as he had referenced that multiple times leading up to the match. And its true, we didnt, just didnt happen to play with control, or quality either.
He should not have said he was happy with anything that occurred on Saturday, poor comment.Davek has to try and convince everyone that old man Barry was the answer because our midfields not good enough, because he cant come to admit that hes wrong when he says the midfield IS good enough and we didnt need Schneiderlin. I dont think the little matter of accumulating 72 points this season should trouble us any longer. Do you?you didn't mention anything about 72 points lol
Has schnerderlin 'won you over' I know you were sceptical about us signing him at the time? For what's it worth I thought if he could recapture his saints form, he'd be a real asset to us. As you say he was a big miss on Saturday, not only what quality he brings to the side, but also his ability to allow the others around him to play.Gueye and Davies were poor. He could have provided some stability. Schneiderlin was a big miss, but I'd have seen Barry as his natural stand in.

I certainly won't be losing any sleep over itI dont think the little matter of accumulating 72 points this season should trouble us any longer. Do you?
He didn't need to win me over mate, I always said he was decent. My gripe with his signing has always been about the use of a large sum of cash spent on a position we were well catered for.Has schnerderlin 'won you over' I know you were sceptical about us signing him at the time?
