The Pennington and DCL subs completely ruined us - there was no need to go to a back 5. Two games in which he's got his tactics badly wrong and it has cost us.

Then he takes our next biggest threat off to replace him with another kid who makes Niasse look like George Weah.

Can't guarantee we would have held on with different subs or no tactical changes but on the face of it it seems he's had a bit of a mare tactically for the final 20 odd minutes.

We are truly terrible at counter attacking, like horrendously bad. We always screw up the all important bit regardless of who the player is.

Cost us the game today, the players pulled us through for entire 2nd half while every decision he made caused us to take more and more pressure, every time he made a change i'm just sat there thinking to myself

Shouldn't have gone to 3 at the back

Shouldn't have brought Pennington on who luckily got away with trying to mark Fellaini and Ibra at the same time

Shouldn't have brought DCL on when someone like Lookman was exactly what was needed on the break
