What's your angle today mate?

(Ronk protects the boy Ross) - "The chubby fella should be putting this kid straight. This shower of snides clearly don't respect him."

(Ronk critiques the boy Ross) - "Laughing boy hiding behind excuses again. This fella needs to get a tighter grip on the squad, our gang of quitters clearly don't respect him."
lol lol you've nailed it there mate!

Koeman on Barkley: "I think it could happen to anybody [the punch] in town. Maybe wrong time, wrong place."

On Barkley's contract: "I am not involved in negotiations but I know the board is talking to his agent."

"We need an answer by the end of the season. I spoke to Ross and his ambition is reaching the Champions League."
If that was what Ross said then he is definitely leaving.

Do you think Koeman and Moshiri don't have champions league as an ambition for Everton? As a club in our position if our ambition isn't trying to qualify for the champions league and have a crack at a domestic trophy then what's the point in even playing football? Are we just here to make up the numbers?

I don't mean we can never get there. I mean for Ross to say that, when he's got months to go in his contract speaks volumes. The fact he's not signed means he wants to go. I think he's fancied a move for a while. I remember when Stones finally went, Ross tweeted 'Gutted'. Now that might be viewed as an understandable reaction, but for
Me that struck the wrong note (what else could the club have done?) and I felt at the time it was like him putting down a marker

Still got the skills and trademark calm on the ball.

"I spoke to Ross and his ambition is reaching the Champions League."

If that is the case, then young Ross will almost certainly be leaving this summer. We can't match the likes of Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal, the RS, Man City and Man Utd etc in terms of transfer fees and wages and as such it will probably be a good few years before we're in the top 4.
