Ronald Koeman discussion

Done a good solid job this season, nothing special by any means but I'm impressed by a lot of stuff he's said but more importantly done cos at the end of the day words mean fck all. Loved his ruthless streak and the slaying of players he knew were surplus and the introduction of the Bin Lids like Holgate Davies and Lookman who all have a bright future in the game, hopefully with us but can understand his approach is not for everyone and that's fine cos everyone can be a tit at times. After Arsenal next season can't come quick enough.

some good moments, some not so good moments, some good subs, some not so good subs, straight talker which I've enjoyed, overall a solid season and we've sneaked into the EL which is a bonus.

Onwards and upwards Ronald, let's now make this a special summer for Everton.

We've made baby steps...nothing more. Did sweet F all in the cups...the competitions we actually have a change of winning.

Big summer ahead. I think the jury is still very much out.

We don't usually do anything in the cups. In around 120 attempts we have only won the FA cup 5 times and in around 50 attempts we have never won the league cup and you expect us to win. We have a better ratio of winning the League

Not in today's world I'm afraid. We've actually won one of those in the Premier League era...made another final...and a handful of semifinals.

We've not been within a sniff of the league title.

What was it, the best home points return our PL history. 13 wins out of 19.

If he gets that away form boxed off we would have been flying, he obviously hasn't been happy with it given some of his recent comments

Times are looking good on the management front. Well done Ronk

Will be a huge summer. Losing Rom and Ross plus adding Europe could really make things tough.

Our best ever premier league points total for our home matches and we can finish the season on 64 points. We certainly have improved from the pitiful rabble we were this time last year. How about giving Koeman his dues @davek.

As i said on another thread, right now 14 points better off then last season with 3 to still play for, the manager and players have done a great job of turning us around. The last time we improved that much in a season was 2004-05.

We have moved forward 4 places, we havent progressed that much since we moved 5 places in 2006-07.

We have scored more goals this season then we have since 1999-00

He has done a great job
