But Matt said "you can tell (from the social media stuff) he gets us". His social media team manage the messages really well, but they did at Southampton too.

Totally the opposite requirement for me, I don't need him to bang his chest and sing Everton songs - I want him to be detached, focused and professional. He doesn't need to "get" us, he just needs to win games
