Could be wrong though, you might only just of turned forty.......![]()
I can't see him walking away from us while he's got that contract mate. Were could he go right now and earn as much or better money then he is getting here? I can see him going once the third year is over but i dont see him walking out on that contract. For me Koeman was always going to be here for three years, no more and no less regardless of results and the only way that changes is if result get so bad for so long that he gets the sack or we win a trophy and sombody comes in for him. Neither are particularly likely imo.
Lol just as if anyone could possibly learn anything from you other than how not to live your life.lolOlder than that son. I was there in the day. Now sit back and learn from your elders![]()

he'll probably eat your cat
He's ronald from holland
It would yes, and I'm not saying we should have played Lookman. I think the concerns I have come from the fact that we have that decision to make in the first place.
Have we signed Sigurdsson, Rooney and Sandro because the manager has specific plans for them, and believes they will work well in the system he wants to play, or have we just signed them because they're good players? Over 12 months into Koeman's tenure I'm still not quite sure what his plan is in terms of a style of play or a preferred formation. It may be that we're just 1/2 players short and with their introduction the whole thing will click into place. Here's hoping.
The way I see it, he is an extremely wealthy man already.
And I am talking about a "mutual consent" type of thing whereby if he did reach an agreement with the club next summer, they would probably split the difference and he is "only"Blink
forgoing £3 million.
Which I would imagine is a price Koeman would consider worth paying so as not to have a sacking to his name.
But this is all idle speculation of course
I think one thing we agree on is he ain't for sticking around here beyond the three years and that in itself not a great motivating factor for him IMO nor a satisfactory situation for us.
I would much prefer I felt our manage was anxious to stick around for a longer time and was desirous of a contract extension and was striving to prove himself worthy of one.
To be fair this is a problem with a lot of teams. It's "let's buy people we think are good and figure out to do with them later". Then they wonder why players take forever to bed in.
Guess what happens when you have a system, and you know exactly what you want from each player, and can communicate that to them? They tend to do a job for you.
I'm hoping to be proved wrong, but I just don't see room on the pitch for Klaassen and Siggy at the same time. So why do we have 2 of them and no centre forward or left footed defender under the age of 100?
Fully agree, however that when (if?) Seamus and Bolasie come back 100% we are a different side completely, but balance then becomes an issue and as someone else pointed out that means we need another winger (prolly the Split lad) and then how many other slots can you fill with Rooney, Siggy, Davy, Davies, DCL, Lookman, etc?
Well then, you're old enough to know better aren't you, you sad old crank. Hop it, back to the obscurity of lower league football forums, mush.Older than that son. I was there in the day. Now sit back and learn from your elders![]()
I would not put coleman and Bolasie to the main part of team this season. They both do not play for us a long time.
You even dont know how much they can recover from the injuries especially these type of speedy players.
Then, we only have lookman, lennon and mirallas to play widely. Now, Lennon and Mirallas also put uncertainly for the coming years.
Plan B of coleman seems is Martina but how about the winger?
