Ronald Koeman discussion

Yeah they are not remotely similar.

We had shots and attacks under Martinez...
Seeing as we're singling out ONE game in a whole season, let me remind you, with pain in my heart, this:

SHOTS GALORE LIKE... Joe-Max Moore I guess?

I do think Martinez is a fraud...sorry I can't stand him as he had ruined this football club and the effect is much profounded that we would imagine.

And I am referring to this very point again. Wait till May to judge (defence too) look where we finish in the league. And that for me isn't a fair assessment because he has to get his team first so this is beyond the end of May. End of next season perhaps.

He hasnt ruined the football club. Sorry this is utter nonsense! Ruined it from what exactly??

We have been also rans since 1987. We still are. What has changed?

There are way too many players at the club who accept mediocrity and wont bother fighting to improve on that. Many were here before Martinez. Absolute losers.

Koeman or any manager is a very easy target after a 5-0 thumping. Mourinho is the only one to be spared after his expenceively assembled squad (4-0) similarly got tore to shreds by the very same team.
Every now and again in football youve just got to take your hat off to a team that were better than us in every department.
It sure does hurt tho , but weve been 2nd best for 20 yrs now.
Chelsea look by far the best ive seen this season ,but they have had a beating not long ago.
So blame the boss, players, tactics the ref if it helps but the fact is we were soundly beaten ,wipe yer bloody nose and make sure we do the same to Swansea.

5-7th finish average.

Takes team over, one 5th finish, good stuff, we can improve next season.
OH NO.
11th, 11th.

How has he not?

Yeah, "fraud" blah blah blah...

All that tells me is that you have no relevant argument.

Cos the crap he spouted in the conferences and interviews? It's pretty clear is it? Look, I don't understand how you keep on glorifying him till now. He failed and that's why he was sacked.

Is that the game where the players famously stopped playing?

The same players who we expect to fight for us now. Its madness.

By the way I am neither praising Martinez or having a go at Koeman (its been a few months, it would be madness to do so) but the game you used as an example and today's game are just different variations of the same crap.

There is one constant in these two games, and it aint the managers.

"Ruined"

RUINED!

Portsmouth dropping 4 divisions is a club being ruined. Blackpool being decimated by a knobhead owner is a club being ruined.

Two mid tables finishes where you then get rid of the manager who has underachieved is in no way shape or form a club being ruined. Its a blip, and its a blip that we have rectified by changing the manager.

Ruined indeed. Its a ridiculous overstatement.
