Unfortunately he is correct. There are people that will be made up if the Everton manager fails, dress it up how you like, but they will.

changes formation to a very defensive minded policy in a match up chelsea, gets walloped 5-0, then says our start striker shouldn't stay with us then sayd the RS will win the title ... all in one week, well done koeman, think somebody needs to ask what's going through his mind when he opens his gob.

Just the former will do for now. There's no problem as long as he keeps his head down and does what he gets paid £6M per year for. Not an awful lot to ask for, tbf.

Some posters do certainly give that impression at times, from the start of Martinez second season up to now but I don't think anybody will be made up if we are so crap that Koeman is seen to have failed.

He's encouraged to do it though: "He's Koeman. Our superstar. He does what he wants" - Moshiri.

This regime is all out of whack for me. Owner and manager aren't Everton people.

If he wins lots of matches and beats that lot then I'm NEA...

If he loses lots then he will get my anger.

Results are what matters. Not twitter.

No one was actively wanting Martinez to fail, he just did fail, spectacularly. People on here would rather Koeman get sacked than lead us to a trophy, I guarantee it.
