Ronald Koeman discussion

But you can't act like money doesnt matter. Money has bought the clubs above the likes of Mane, De Bruyn, Sanchez, Hazard, Costa, Ozil, etc..,

Money does matter...and that's where results tend to come in.

That doesn't mean it's any less frustrating that hoof and hope is the only tactic we seem to have beyond the odd 5-10 minutes a game where we actually turn up.

ah ok. we differ on that then. i hate the thought of returning to % football. not for me at all. I've had my fill of it.

movement is close to the biggest problem with that squad. it's insane how poor they are at it. we need to hook them up with some device to wear on their body that allows a lucky chosen fan each game to hit them with an electric shock every time they stand around like zombies.

I dont watch Everton for pretty football, Everton is not entertainment to me, its not a hobby I enjoy, its much more than that, the only thing that matters to me is them winning.

Who should we of brought in to be our manager mate? Jose Mourinho or Pep Guardiola? He's the best we could get. Does that make me sad about the state the club is in? Yes it does but it's the truth and we have to face it. The players we've got never get motivated, they hardly ever did under Martinez who played the 'best mate' manager role and they don't seem motivated now either. They are the problem, not the manager. Should he play some kids? Maybe, but perhaps he doesn't want them infected by the hopeless bunch of quitters we have in the first team. Koeman obviously isn't blameless for what's going on atm but how anyone can look at these players and the lack of effort they've made for over two years and still blame the manager is ludicrous.

This is the point.

I haven't said sack him, just I have no faith in him to turn it around going on so far. We owe him nothing he needs to win us over for me. The anti-football is not to my tastes and between him n the Catalan I have quite frankly had enough.

Id love him to turn it around, who wants to be proved correct in these situations.

We do need better players no doubt, but these same players could string a few passes together last season now we can't string 3 or 4 passes together. There is zero movement and we have regressed back to percentage football. We must give him time to put together his own side but the early indications are not good.
Oh yes the strung a few passes together last season all right but it was all around the back and hardly ever went anywhere. They played horribly in a system which they were very familiar with so asking them to try and play another way was probably far to much for this gang of no-marks to handle.

Good God.

To be fair MoutsFrand I've been quite consistent on this one. If he wins against Arsenal and Watford, sure. A bit of respite.

But no wins and a bully-ramming from that Klopp weapon and he'll be out before the tinsel is taken down

Coco the clown takes us to 13th, we sell the "best CB in world football" to fund our summer transfers and people demanding the manager be sacked cos we sit in 8th place, it makes me very sad.

When did we become sack em merchants?
We didn't mate, a few bobble heads on the net doesn't equate to what most Blues think

Hoof & hope...... really?

We were crying out for over 2 years for an end to the tippy tappy 20 pass routine that ended back to Howard who then planted it in row z ( if we were lucky)
